定期購入とは、自動的にお申し込みいただいたサービスのご利用及び決済が継続されるシステムです。お客様が、定期購入初回お申し込み時に選択した1ヶ月ごとに決済が行われ、サービスのご利用が継続されます。お客様が、解約手続きをされた場合、定期購入は終了します。
定期購入でご利用いただけるお支払い方法はクレジットカード(VISA、MASTER、AMEX、JCB)に限ります。通常購入と異なり、コンビニ支払い、銀行振込、スマホ決済、AmazonPayはご利用いただけません。
お支払い手続きは、初回お申し込み時のみ発生し、2回目以降は、お客様が初回お申し込み時に選択した1ヶ月又はそれ以外のいずれかの周期でご登録のクレジットカード(VISA、MASTER、AMEX、JCB)又はPayPalアカウントに自動請求されます。
解約される場合は担当コーチもしくはL-GOLFオペレーターLINEアカウントにご連絡ください。マイページ内「Subscriptions」から、ご希望のサブスクリプションを選択いただくと、ご利用状況(ステータス)が表示されます。
※解約につきましては、手続きの関係上、次回更新(支払日)の2日前までにお手続き下さい。2日前以降に解約された場合、次回分は変更前の内容でお支払いいただきますので、ご了承ください。
転居等の何らかの理由で、ご登録住所に変更の必要がある場合、マイページでお手続きください。
ご登録の住所変更をご希望の場合、L-GOLFオペレーターLINEアカウントにご連絡ください。
サービス代金の未払いがある場合、翌月分の解約をお受けすることができませんので、お支払をお済ませの上、次回支払日の2日前までにお手続きをお願いいたします。
本利用規約は分離可能です。本利用規約のいずれかの条項又はその⼀部が、裁判所により、無効又は失効不能とされた場合であっても、当該規定は本購入規約から削除されたものとみなされ、その他の規定は継続して完全に効力を有し存続します。
⑴.本利用規約は、日本法に準拠し同法の解釈に従います。
⑵.本規約の解釈に起因し又は関連する一切の紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
⑶.お客様の取引に関して本サイトに記録されたデータは、全ての目的において、完全かつ正確な記録であるものとみなされます。
⑴.L-GOLFは、いつでも本ポリシーを改定することができるものとします。
⑵.本ポリシーの一切の改定は、当該改定された新たな本ポリシーが掲載された時点より効力を生じるものとします。
⑶.L-GOLFが本ポリシーを改定し掲載した場合、その時点より、従前の本ポリシーは適用されないものとします。
⑷.購入には、本ポリシーへの同意と、利用規約への同意が必要です。

Your URL clickstreams (the path you take through our site), pages viewed, page response times, download errors, how long you stay on our pages, what you do on those pages, how often, and other actions.
We don’t collect any "sensitive data" about you (like racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious/philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, health data, data about your sexual life or orientation, and offences or alleged offences).
Bearer is a business-to-business service directed to and intended for use only by those who are 18 years of age or over. We do not target Bearer at children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal data from any person under 16 years of age.
Data protection law means that we can only use your data for certain reasons and where we have a legal basis to do so. Here are the reasons for which we process your data:

We will not do so to the extent that this involves disclosing data about any other individual.
You can do this by asking us to erase any personal data we hold about you, if it is no longer necessary for us to hold the data for purposes of your use of Bearer.

The personal data we collect is primarily stored in our Amazon Web Services servers in Ireland. As we are a remote company, we process data in the countries we live in (including: Belgium, France, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, South Africa, the United-Kingdom, the United States) and in any data processing facilities operated by the third parties identified below.
By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing by us. If we transfer or store your information outside the EEA in this way, we will take steps to ensure that your privacy rights continue to be protected as outlined in this Privacy Policy.
We will archive and stop actively using any personal identifiable information about you within 3 months from the last time you used Bearer. We will delete your personal data from our archives no later than 6 years from the last time you used Bearer or as agreed with you in a separate contract.

When we do this, sometimes it is necessary for us to share your data with them in order to get these services to work well.
