L-GOLF(以下「当社」といいます)では、当社が取り扱う全ての個人情報の保護について、本人の権利の保護、個人情報に関する法規制等を遵守します。また、以下に示す方針を具現化するための個人情報保護マネジメントシステムを構築し、最新のIT技術の動向、社会的要請の変化、経営環境の変動等を常に認識しながら、その継続的改善に、全社を挙げて取り組むことをここに宣言します。

  1. 個人情報は、当社の正当な事業遂行上並びに従業員の雇用、人事管理上必要な範囲に限定して、取得・利用及び提供をし、特定された利用目的の達成に必要な範囲を超えた個人情報の取扱い(目的外利用)を行いません。また、目的外利用を行わないための措置を講じます。
  2. 個人情報保護に関する法令、国が定める指針及びその他の規範を遵守いたします。
  3. 個人情報の漏えい、滅失、き損などのリスクに対しては、合理的な安全対策を講じて防止すべく事業の実情に合致した経営資源を注入し個人情報セキュリティ体制を継続的に向上させます。また、万一の際には速やかに是正措置を講じます。
  4. 個人情報取扱いに関する苦情及び相談に対しては、迅速かつ誠実に、適切な対応をさせていただきます。
  5. 個人情報保護マネジメントシステムは、当社を取り巻く環境の変化を踏まえ、適時・適切に見直してその改善を継続的に推進します。

個人情報の取り扱いについて

当社は、プライバシーポリシーに基づき、お客様、お取引先様、従業員の方々の個人情報を適切に管理し、個人情報の保護に努めております。具体的には以下の内容に従って個人情報の取扱いを行います。

3.個人情報の第三者への提供

ご本人から承諾を得たとき、個人情報保護法その他の法令等に基づく場合、または次のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。

(1)サービスのご利用にあたっての第三者への提供

  • 人の生命、身体、または財産の保護のために個人データの第三者提供が必要である場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合

(2)法令に基づく場合などにおける第三者への提供

個人情報の保護に関する法律第23条第1項各号により提供する場合(法令に基づく場合など)には、第三者に提供することがあります。

4.個人情報取扱の委託

弊社は事業運営上、前項利用目的の範囲に限って個人情報を外部に委託することがあります。この場合、個人情報保護水準の高い委託先を選定し、個人情報の適正管理・機密保持について適切な管理を実施させます。

5.個人情報の開示等の請求

ご本人様は、当社に対してご自身の個人情報について利用目的の通知、開示、内容の訂正、追加又は削除、利用の停止、消去及び第三者への提供の停止(以下「開示等」という)に関して、下記の当社問合わせ窓口に申し出ることができます。その際、当社はお客様ご本人を確認させていただいたうえで、合理的な期間内に対応いたします。

6.個人情報の利用停止・削除・消去

  • 利用目的が達成され、継続して個人情報を保管する必要がなくなったと判断した場合には、一定期間経過後、お客様の個人情報を消去いたします。
  • お客様から個人情報の利用停止、削除及び消去を求められた場合には、これを適切に対応します。但し、個人情報保護法、その他の法令に基づき、当社がこれらの義務を負わない場合は、この限りではありません。
  • この削除及び消去されたデータにつきましては、後日お客様から、開示・変更請求があった場合でも、対応できません。

7.個人情報を提供されることの任意性について

ご本人様が当社に個人情報を提供されるかどうかは任意によるものです。
ただし、必要な項目をいただけない場合、適切な対応ができない場合があります。

8.プライバシーポリシーの変更

社会情勢の変化、技術の進歩、個人情報保護法の改正等に応じ、事前の予告なくプライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。

We don’t collect any "sensitive data" about you (like racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious/philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, health data, data about your sexual life or orientation, and offences or alleged offences).

What about really sensitive data?

Bearer is a business-to-business service directed to and intended for use only by those who are 18 years of age or over. We do not target Bearer at children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal data from any person under 16 years of age.

You can do this by asking us to erase any personal data we hold about you, if it is no longer necessary for us to hold the data for purposes of your use of Bearer.

You have the right to be "forgotten" by us

Please tell us first, so we have a chance to address your concerns. If we fail in this, you can address any complaint to the CNIL, either by calling their helpline or as directed on their website at https://www.cnil.fr/.

How secure is the data we collect?

We have physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

  • You provide personal data at your own risk: unfortunately, no data transmission is guaranteed to be 100% secure
  • You are responsible of your username and password: keep them secret and safe!

Where do we store the data?

The personal data we collect is primarily stored in our Amazon Web Services servers in Ireland. As we are a remote company, we process data in the countries we live in (including: Belgium, France, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, South Africa, the United-Kingdom, the United States) and in any data processing facilities operated by the third parties identified below.

By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing by us. If we transfer or store your information outside the EEA in this way, we will take steps to ensure that your privacy rights continue to be protected as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

How long do we store your data?

We will archive and stop actively using any personal identifiable information about you within 3 months from the last time you used Bearer. We will delete your personal data from our archives no later than 6 years from the last time you used Bearer or as agreed with you in a separate contract.

Third parties who process your data

Tech businesses often use third parties to help them host their application, communicate with customers, power their emails etc. We partner with third parties who we believe are the best in their field at what they do.

When we do this, sometimes it is necessary for us to share your data with them in order to get these services to work well. Your data is shared only when strictly necessary and according to the safeguards and good practices detailed in this Privacy Policy. Where personal data is transferred to a third party in the United States we take steps to ensure we agree the standard contractual clauses with them. We continually monitor this transfer mechanism. Any data transfers to the US are encrypted and generally consist of insensitive personal data.
